Ko, Jaeyeon

Attorney Ko Jae-yeon is primarily responsible for tax, corporate legal affairs, and civil litigation cases at the firm. After passing the certified public accountant exam, Attorney Ko gained practical experience at Samil Accounting Corporation. Subsequently, after obtaining a law license, she worked as a compliance team attorney at Samsung Electronics’ Legal Affairs Office, a civilian member of the National Tax Tribunal, and a government-appointed tax representative at the National Tax Service Headquarters, accumulating extensive experience in tax and corporate legal affairs.
